NTEPHE, SMITH & WILLS is a Law Firm of Barristers, Solicitors, Legal Advisers and Notaries Public who emphasize proactive and result-oriented methods aimed at achieving client satisfaction in its legal work.

The LAW FIRM was registered in August, 1992 at the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja, Nigeria and commenced operations in January, 1993.

Mrs. Katharine T. Smith, Dr. Peter C. Ntephe and Mr. Iniruo O. Wills, who were called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987, 1987 and 1988 respectively, founded the LAW FIRM. The Partners had variously worked with other law firms around Nigeria before teaming up to form the LAW FIRM.
